Here with his Excellency the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Regional Integration of Ghana, during the African Economic and Consular Days (JECA) organised by the Mandela Institute.

As the Administrator of the Institute, I would like in the name of the President and all the Board members of the institute to congratulate the city of Lyon, the partners, the sponsors, the panellists, the participants, the attendees from all over the African continent and the benevolent for the outstanding success of this third edition in the lovely city of light.

Actually we see the inclusive development and the regional economic integration as one of the strategic development engines for the continent and we are actively working on them with most of the 54 African states since many years now.
